Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund in appropriate circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Change of mind
Because the Prep Ready Pack is a digital PDF, we do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds. However, we consider requests individually. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery or access problems
If your download link does not arrive, expires or does not work, contact us and we will investigate and help restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
How to request help or a refund
Email hello@schoolexplained.com.au with your purchase email address, the product name and a short description of the issue. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
