School, Explained. is an Australian sole-trader business (ABN 84 453 941 876). Contact: hello@schoolexplained.com.au.
Information we collect
When you request our free Prep guide, we collect your email address and any name or other information you choose to provide. When you purchase the Prep Ready Pack, we receive the contact and transaction information needed to fulfil your order and provide support. We may also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to send requested resources, process and fulfil purchases, provide secure download access, respond to enquiries, maintain business records and operate our website.
Optional marketing emails
You can choose whether to receive occasional marketing emails. Requesting the free guide does not require agreeing to marketing. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails or by contacting us.
Providers and overseas processing
We use Netlify for website hosting and digital delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails and MailerLite for opted-in marketing emails. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements. We do not receive your full card details from Stripe.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, recordkeeping and legal obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and enquiries
You can ask us about information we hold, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@schoolexplained.com.au. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices change. The updated version will appear on this website.
